At SM Pro, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered promptly and safely. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time and can vary depending on the item you have ordered.

Processing Time
Processing time depends on the type of item you’ve ordered. For example, Complete wheels are made to order, so they may require additional time to process. Standard orders (Jiffy Items) are typically processed within 1-2 business days, while custom or made-to-order items may take longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer expedited shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times for expedited shipping are as follows:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (available in select regions)

Please note that the above delivery time is based on when your order has shipped, and processing time may add additional days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

International Shipping
